Life is busy!

Most of us are so busy during the week that our weekends seem to become a non-stop run of errands, chores and social commitments.

So how do you find time to relax?  You schedule it! Make it a priority & book it in.

Take the whole weekend (or at least part of it) to get some all important downtime. Whether it’s practicing your favourite hobby, seeing a movie with friends or even meditating quietly, be sure to do something every weekend that recharges you.
