Our methodology

In order to provide our individually tailored approach, we always begin with a Comprehensive Assessment. This ensures that our osteopath can prepare a plan that specifically meets your needs.

While the one-on- one class is an essential foundation of our program, you can choose to move onto semi-private or small group classes. Since our program is designed to suit your clinical requirements, we prefer to work according to your needs, be it timings or choice of private or group session. We suggest that at least two sessions per week is an ideal start to your training program.

Your recommended rehabilitation plan will comprise of a combination of 1-on- 1 and semi- private classes, the exact combination of these is determined by your clinical needs.
