As strong as our bodies may seem, we put them under significant strain, sometimes without even realising. Complaints of joint pain and body fatigue are not uncommon. While you may be able to find some relief in the preventive and remedial measures available in the market, finding a program that matches your needs can be difficult. Most Pilates training programs offered at gyms and fitness studios fall short of the necessary standards of clinical knowledge and formal qualification of their instructors. If you’re after a Pilates program near Collingwood, Melbourne Osteohealth can offer you tailored programs combined with the expertise of trained professionals to offer positive results.

How We Work
In order to provide our individually tailored approach, we always begin with a Comprehensive Assessment. This ensures that our osteopath can prepare a plan that specifically meets your needs.
Your recommended rehabilitation plan will comprise of a combination of 1-on- 1 and semi-private classes, the exact combination of these is determined by your clinical needs.
We provide you with one-on- one sessions, and through these elementary classes you will learn about the processes involved in rehabilitation. Apart from private sessions, we offer semi-private classes with a maximum of three people per class and small group classes. We strongly advise that you take at least two sessions per week to see effective results.
We recommend attending at least two sessions per week because we know this generates the most reliable results.
