We all know sitting all day everyday isn’t great! However it could be literally killing us!!

Prolonged sitting has always been associated with higher mortality incidence of cancer, heart disease and type 2 diabetes, even among people who exercise regularly, according to a meta-analysis study in the issue of Annals of internal Medicine (JAN 20).

Studies however also show that the mortality risk does increase the more sedentary a person is.

So, to put it in perspective, keeping yourself fit and well exercise wise will benefit you. However watch for how long your sitting everyday. The key is to keep yourself moving.!!
