Simple Shoulder Stretch

To release shoulder and neck tension, follow the steps below;

  1. Stand tall and clasp your two hands together behind your back.
  2. Keeping your back straight, bend forward at the hips and gently lift your hands toward the ceiling.
  3. Hold this for 3 seconds then return to your starting position.
  4. Repeat 4 times aiming to take the stretch a little further each time.
