Hip Flexors

Hip Flexor Stretch

  1. Kneel with affected knee on the ground
  2. Lunge your body weight forward and raise the arms above your head
  3. This should open the front of the hip and extend your back
  4. Hold for 20- 30 seconds, breathing deeply
  5. Repeat 3- 5 times
