Another delicious treat from Alice at the Whole Daily, keeping on theme for July it’s a tasty, healthy treat for the kids (though I’m sure you’ll enjoy a little nibble too!)

Ingredients

2 cups of popped popcorn

1 cup desiccated coconut

2/3 cup melted coconut oil

¼ cup raw cacao powder

1 cup dates

1 cup sunflower seeds + pinch salt.

Method

Press into a baking paper lined tray and pop into the fridge until hard, then slice into bars.

Keep in the fridge until you need to put into lunch-boxes.

Enjoy.
