After gaining an understanding of why you are experiencing your symptoms a treatment plan can be developed and implemented. Paul will also look for any other conditions that may require medical or specialist attention.
With more than a decade’s experience as a manual therapist Paul is highly skilled at using myofascial release techniques, muscle energy techniques, joint manipulations and exercise prescription to help restore balance to the body and reduce discomfort in his patients. By the end of each session with Paul you should have a better understanding of the nature of your condition, how to best manage it and how you can return to a better state of health and well-being.
