Winter is here and while all the ski bunnies rejoice, the rest of us are looking for somewhere warm and dry to hide. Don’t let the sudden nip in the air put your health goals into hibernation, instead take your exercise routine indoors.

You’ll find a substitute for almost every outdoor exercise activity, you can lift weights, run on the treadmill or  swim your laps into an indoor pool but what’s way more exciting is that there are a heap of really fun and exciting ways to get your blood pumping that you wouldn’t normally think of… indoor rock climbing, trampoline parks and dancing in the dark at ‘no lights no lycra’ are just the beginning, there are a million ways to keep active without actually having to ‘exercise’ so make it your mission this winter to keep fit and HAVE FUN!
