Inner North Allied Health & Medicine Network
Melbourne Osteohealth began with a clear vision of becoming a leading Allied Health Care provider to Melbourne’s inner north. Central to that vision was the determination to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient.
We realised a little while back that delivering the best outcomes for patients with chronic pain and disease was a team sport. And, to best serve our community as health care providers, we all need a trusted team or referral network. A local team of practitioners who have the expertise, time and resources to help our patients build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need, to create lasting positive change in their lives.
So, our aim is to build and strengthen that network. To get our local health and medical professionals talking and working together, to better care for our community. The Inner North Allied Health and Medicine Network is a forum for medical and allied health practitioners to share knowledge and to collectively help improve local patient health outcomes. It’s a quarterly event run here at our clinic in Carlton, Melbourne.
As practitioners we’re often spread out over many clinics and even when we’re in the same practice we’re locked away in consult rooms so we saw a clear need to develop a regular event that allows us to come together, educate one another and build team care relationships that deliver on our vision for better care and better health for our community.
We invite allied health practitioners, doctors, specialists, practice managers and nurses – all from the local area – Carlton, North Carlton, Fitzroy, North Fitzroy, Collingwood, Clifton Hill, North Melbourne and Parkville. We’re keen to work with anyone that is actively striving to improve patient outcomes and quality of life for our community.
Got a forward thinking Allied Health or Medical practitioner you think might be interested in taking part? Feel free to share this with them using the share box below – we’d love to hear from them!
