What to Expect
A comprehensive assessment to develop an exercise plan based on your unique requirements. This session will include a fair number of questions about your health and history.
People are often concerned about what to wear for this sort of appointment. We suggest you wear loose, comfortable clothing, as you may be asked to do a range of movements; it is highly unlikely you will be doing any intense ‘exercising’ so no need to pack the Lycra.
After this session, we will provide you with a plan of action. This may include a referral to another health or medical professional if needed.
Implementing Your Plan
The next step is undertaking the plan as set out by us. This can include home-based exercises and exercises at the clinic in individual or small group sessions.
We will always compare your current health status with previous results. This helps determine the next course of action – this could be more sessions with us, or a plan for you to do in your own time.
Throughout the entire process, we will work with you to implement a number of strategies to help you manage your health into the future.
